The True DNA of the Church

DNA is the chemical name for the molecules that carry genetic instructions in all living things. Every living thing has DNA and one of the amazing things about it is that everyone’s DNA is distinct.  We each have our own unique genetic signature.  Although the church is made up of people who are living beings, the true life of the church is spiritual and there is also a unique spiritual signature to the church, kind of like DNA.  Of course, we can’t do a DNA test on the church, so figuring out its true DNA is more complicated. Because of that people sometimes disagrees about what the DNA of the church really is.  So, with this series we’re going to take a look at the scripture to clarify the true DNA of the church and dive into the implication of that means for us.
