The Director of Youth Ministries is responsible for leading our middle and high school youth programs under the guidance of the senior pastor. The position is focused on investing in students’ spiritual growth, growing our volunteer leadership team, and partnering with parents and other church staff.

Include but are not limited to the following:

 Oversee both the middle and high school programs (worship, teaching, fellowship activities), including presentations, volunteer coordination, and curriculum selection.

 Recruit and equip volunteers to lead youth education and worship efforts.

 Maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships with parents, youth, staff, and other church leaders.

 Build relationships with youth that encourage their faith and walk with Christ.

 Coordinate youth activities with other church programs
